How do you keep your kids happy on a long weekend out of school? Let them have a sleep over with their cousins and have them help you bake with chocolate! I enlisted their help in making some yummy cookies that my Mom and Grandma made for me as a kid and they were a hit. The kids had fun peeling the wrapper off the chocolate. We used peanut butter and spread it in between 2 ritz crackers and dipped it in our melted chocolate. Yummy! For my "I don't like peanut butter kid" we just simply dipped his cracker in chocolate and he was a happy camper. (I need to update the date on my camera.)
